A complimentary consultation will be scheduled at your residence to give us the opportunity to meet you and your pets and complete all necessary paperwork BEFORE pet sitting service can begin.
We will explain the services in detail, answer any questions and confirm pet care dates and times. We want you to feel comfortable with the process and professional service.
Please have two (2) keys available when we arrive for our consultation and please test them to make sure they work.
It is our policy to keep your keys on file in a secure location for future visits. If you prefer to have your key returned, understand a $10.00 pick-up fee for future services will be incurred. We will not leave keys in a hiding spot or in your house on our last visit in case you are delayed and a last minute visit is necessary. If we are not issued a key, we can't care for your pets.
For dogs, three visits per day is recommended. For healthy cats, one visit per day is usually sufficient.
There are a few ways we communicate your pet’s status:
We have a client portal where we can post updates and pictures after each visit and you can correspond with the sitter. We also log each visit in a detailed written diary or “report card” that we leave for you at your house. We can also text or email updates and pictures when asked. You are also welcome to call for an update if you prefer.
Pawsitive Purfection Pet Sitting & Services, LLC is insured & bonded through (PSA) Pet Sitter Associates, LLC. For added protection, we expanded our coverage to include the optional broadened property damage coverage & bond.
Clients are expected to leave full payment on the first day of scheduled visits. Daily walking clients are billed weekly and payment is expected by the next day of service. Cash or check only.
If you need to cancel scheduled visits, we require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a fee equal to 50% of the normal Pet Sitting visit charge. We greatly appreciate advance notice of a cancellation so we can make the time to provide superior service to other clients in the area.
A happy, content pet waiting to greet you and a "report card" detailing our visits.
Pawsitive Purfection Pet Sitting & Services, LLC requires that you text, call, email or use the client portal to notify us when you return home to avoid any unnecessary visits. It is our policy to continue with visits until we hear from you.
